Cristiano Ronaldo and his family spend quite a bit of time by the Red Sea since the Portuguese futbolero plays for Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nassr FC team. Being a family man, who is dedicated to his children and their mother, longtime girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, it makes sense that he would spend time off in the country enjoying family activities. On March 17, for example, Cristiano shared a heartwarming video of himself walking along the beach with four of his children.

Cristiano and Georgina’s family consists of five living children, Cristiano Jr., twins Eva and Mateo, Alana, and Bella, and their dearly departed son, Bella’s twin Angel. Knowing that Cristiano and Georgina experienced the devastating loss of their newborn son Angel in April 2022 makes sweet family moments like the one he shared on Sunday even more precious because they are a reminder that time together is precious and not guaranteed. Well, the tallest one is Cristiano of course. He’s holding hands with his 6-year-old twins Eva and Mateo, 6-year-old Alana, and 1-year-old Bella. He set the video to Sade’s “Kiss of Life” and captioned it “Close to heaven .”
Who was missing from the sweet video?
Missing from the video is 13-year-old Cristiano Jr. Cristiano Jr. missing from the video isn’t anything to worry about. On February 22, papa C shared a couple of pictures of him and little C in the gym looking all cut and captioned them: “Today with my partner ❤️.”
Also missing in the video, but in their hearts
Angel, Bella’s twin, died shortly after he was born. Georgina and Cristiano shared the tragic news via social media. "It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel,” they wrote. “Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness."
Days later, the couple shared an update.
They posted a picture of themselves back at home and wrote:
“Home sweet home. Gio and our baby girl are finally together with us. We want to thank everyone for all the kind words and gestures. Your support is very important and we all felt the love and respect that you have for our family. Now it’s time to be grateful for the life that we’ve just welcomed into this world. ❤️ .”
Cristiano posted on Bella’s first birthday.
“Congratulations on your first year of life, my love. Daddy loves you very much! ♥️ ,” the devoted dad posted alongside a picture of himself and his darling little girl as they looked directly into the camera.
Cristiano and Georgina became an official couple in 2017.
OK, some publications say they’ve been together since 2016, whereas others say their romance started in 2017. Regardless, they are said to have met in 2016 at a Gucci store in Madrid where Georgina was working.
Cristiano was already a dad when they got together.
Cristiano Jr. was born on June 17, 2010, via surrogate. Ronaldo tweeted the following announcement to announce the child’s birth:
“It is with great joy and emotion that I inform I have recently become father to a baby boy. As agreed with the baby’s mother, who prefers to have her identity kept confidential, my son will be under my exclusive guardianship. I request everyone to fully respect my right to privacy (and that of the child) at least on issues as personal as these are.”
Then came Eva and Mateo.
In 2017, Ronaldo welcomed twins Eva and Mateo via surrogate and shared a picture with the caption: “So happy to be able to hold the two new loves of my life ❤.” Keep in mind that when the twins were born, Cristiano and Georgina were already dating and Cristiano Jr. was 7 years old.
In 2017, Georgina gave birth to their daughter Alana Martina.
Twins Eva and Mateo were born on June 8, 2017, and a few weeks later, Cristiano and Georgina announced they were expecting a baby together. Alana was born on November 12, 2017.
In 2021, the couple announced they were expecting twins.
“Delighted to announce we are expecting twins . Our hearts are full of love – we can’t wait to meet you ❤️ #blessed,” they wrote alongside a picture of the two of them in bed holding up ultrasound pictures. They also included of their other four children with Cristiano in a pool.
