Bella hared some photos from the celebration that showed her big sister's presents. Some of them were gifted to her in Baby Shark bags as well as a pink bag with floral designs that said "Hello Little One" on the front. That's an odd choice for a 25th birthday party.
She was spotted at an obstetrician-gynecologist's office.
Fans went as far back as February to find this photo of Gigi at a doctor's office. Gigi and her sister posed for a pic with Dr. Sherry Ross, who is an obstetrician-gynecologist in California. They also noticed that the doctor followed Zayn on Twitter, even though the singer has no photos of Gigi on his page.
Zayn and Gigi have a long history together.

The couple spent a lot of time together between New York City and California and seemed inseparable.
