Khloé Kardashian says she might ‘never date again’ but will freeze her eggs

Khloé Kardashian is thinking ahead. The reality star opened up about her decision to freeze her eggs in the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which aired on Thursday, April 9. The episode centered around her dating life and the possibility of having more children to give her 1-year-old daughter, True, siblings down the line.

Khloé's friends and family insisted that she consider the possibility of freezing her eggs in the event that she wants to expand her family in the future. She has been through a lot in her love life, but she is leaving the doors open to the possibility of becoming a mom again.

Khloé's mom took major interest in her daughter's dating life.

In the latest episode of the E! reality show, Kris Jenner tries to get involved in her daughter's dating life. She tries to set her up with random guys, in an attempt to get the ball rolling in her romantic life again. Khloé has been single since a major scandal broke up her relationship with basketball star Tristan Thompson, who is the dad to her daughter, True. The Cavaliers player was reportedly seen hooking up with a Kardashian family friend, Jordyn Woods.

Kris Jenner urged her to freeze her eggs, just in case.

Both Khloé's mom and best friend Malika Haqq sat Khloé down to discuss her options when it comes to dating and motherhood. "The truth is, I had a lot of siblings. You had a lot of siblings," Malika told Khloé. "You just have to really ask yourself, is this something that I want to secure because I want to make sure and know for sure that True will never have to experience being alone [or] not having the support system that you've survived off of?"

Khloé also told her mom that she is not currently interested in meeting anyone new since her split from her baby's father, and she said she might "never date again." Kris suggested that perhaps she should consider freezing her eggs so that in case she changes her mind about having more babies, the option is still on the table. In the end, the Good American cofounder opted for going ahead and freezing her eggs. "I decided that I am going to freeze my eggs–just one to get you off my back–but because there's no downside to it, so why not?" Khloé told her mom. Kris asked if she was "going to make any embryos," and her daughter said, "I’m not there yet."

Khloé is still getting over her relationship with Tristan.

It's been more than a year since the couple's split, and although they seem to be getting along while they co-parent their little girl, it doesn't look like they are reconciling. Khloé's fertility journey has been a story line in the past, when she was first toying with the idea of becoming a parent when she was married to former NBA player Lamar Odom.

The family has also been adjusting to the breakup.

The family was totally against Tristan for cheating on their sister while she was pregnant with True, and then again for his involvement with their little sister Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn. In the 18th season of the show, the family seems to be warming up to the basketball star again. Khloé is 35 years old, and she still has plenty of time and options to decide down the line if she is ready to welcome another child.
