Marjorie de Sousa and Julián Gil welcomed their son Matías back in January and officially announced their split in late April.
Now the former couple has a pending custody case in Mexico. Their relationship has grown tense after the actor posted photos of their newborn without consulting Marjorie, who had previously agreed to exclusively show the "first look" photos with People En Español.
Nicolás Vallejo-Nájera and Paulina Rubio went through a bitter custody battle over their son Andrea.
In 2013, Nicolás requested a judge to force the pop singer to get a psychiatric evaluation to prove that she was unfit to have sole custody of their child. Paulina also reportedly hired a private detective to spy on her ex to get some dirt on him. They were officially divorced in 2014 and no legal details of their custody case has been disclosed to the public.
In January, documents were leaked showcasing that Paula Patton requested an order of protection against ex Robin Thicke.

Paula claims that the singer has drug and alcohol abuse issues and was violent towards her in the past. Sole custody was granted to Paula.
Usher and Tameka Foster had a pretty public face-off over the custody of their kids Usher V and Navivyd.
In the court, she claimed that the singer was an absentee father. The case lasted for nearly three years after their split. In 2016, sole custody was granted to Usher.
Blac Chyna and Tyga had their share of drama way before Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner made it into the picture.
In 2016, the rapper filed for sole custody of their son King Cairo. He has called Blac Chyna a "deadbeat mama" and a "drunk whore," according to TMZ.
Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry are now reportedly on better terms over daughter Nahla's well-being.

In 2007, a judge granted Kevin Federline full custody of his two sons with Britney Spears, Sean and Jayden.
At the time, Britney was struggling with issues and she agreed to give her ex sole custody. Now they share custody of their sons.
Charlie Sheen and date Brooke Mueller had a custody battle also involving his ex Denise Richards.
In September 2016, a county juvenile court judge granted Denise temporary custody of the boys while Brooke enrolled in rehab.
