Jennifer Lopez is the ultimate mama bear. She shouts out her 8-year-old twins Max and Emme whenever she gets a chance. The 47-year-old star recently shared a throwback photo of her son when he was still a baby. Well, in our eyes they'll always be babies! Little Max is adorable, and this mother and son photo is something we can all relate to.

J.Lo shared this touching photo with her son. She added baby, heart, and cloud emojis in the caption. In all reality, this photo doesn't even need a caption. It's such a tender moment between mother and son. Babies grow up so fast and the older they get, the more you treasure those memories of them as babies.
My son is still in this stage. He's 15 months old and I already miss when he was a newborn. I had no idea how quickly he would grow from a newborn to a toddler. Each day is an adventure with him and he brightens my heart by simply being himself.
The saying that "the days are long, but the years are short" is so true. We have to enjoy every single moment–a la J.Lo.
