You gotta love Chrissy Teigen for always keeping things 100 percent real. She recently participated in Love magazine's advent calendar video where she knows us the best way to work out ever. In the clip we see Teigen in a sexy leotard showing off her aerobic moves with a glass of wine by her toes and  reaching for a fry every time she goes down to do a pushup. In an interview with Glamour, Drew Barrymore shared how two pregnancies drastically changed her body. “After making two babies, holy cow, does your body do some crazy stuff! It’s hard to stay positive and love yourself. You feel like a kangaroo with a giant pouch; everything’s saggy and weird. But you think about how beautiful it is that you’re able to make children. When I lose sight of that, I exercise, read Dr. Seuss’s Oh, the Places You’ll Go!, and spend time with my kids. Then I start to see things that are bigger than myself.”

She’s learned how to balance being a boss, wife, and mom of two, but it wasn’t always easy. “Don’t get overwhelmed trying to do everything at once,” she said. “Lay out what you can get done now and what will take longer,” she told Parents Latina magazine. “Don’t be hard on yourself. Doing your best to be present wherever you are is what’s important. Make time to eat healthy and stay active. It’s worth it to recharge once a week: Get sleep, have a date night or a girl’s night in, and drink some wine!”

Salma Hayek has been open about how pregnancy disfigured her body.

I gained so much weight,” she told Glam Belleza Latina regarding the 50 pounds she put on while pregnant with her daughter Valentina. “I got an opportunity to see myself completely disfigured in many different ways–for a very good reason–and I don’t regret it for a second. That’s when I started appreciating my body. The things that I used to criticize, they were not that bad after all.”

Gwyneth Paltrow has talked about struggling with post-partum depression.

The actress isn’t always the most relatable person out there, but a lot of women were able to related to her post-partum depression. “At my lowest, I was a robot,” she told Vogue U.K. “I just didn’t feel anything. I couldn’t connect, and still, when I look at pictures of him at three months old, I don’t remember that time.”

She’s normally very private about her personal life but in her 2013 special Life is But a Dream, Beyonce opened up about the miscarriage she suffered before becoming pregnant with Blue Ivy. “There are so many couples that go through that and it was a big part of my story,” she said in an interview with Oprah. “It’s one of the reasons I did not share I was pregnant the second time, because you don’t know what’s going to happen. And that was hard, because all of my family and my friends knew and we celebrated. It was hard.”
