Rosie Rivera looks amazing one month after giving birth

It's only been a month since Rosie Rivera gave birth to Elias, and you would never know it looking at a picture she recently posted of herself to Instagram. In fact, you could easily argue that Rosie looks even slimmer than before she carried. In the picture all I see is a slim figure and a tiny waist. It looks like working out during pregnancy really paid off!

"Un mes despues de dar a luz a mi #Elias," she captioned the photo. "Sin faja." That's right, not only does Rosie look significantly slimmed down, but she's also not wearing shapewear. In fact, the maxi dress she's seen wearing features a cutout that shows off her flat-looking tummy. How did she bounce back so quickly?

Well, for starters Rosie has been pretty healthy throughout this pregnancy. She's posted various photos and videos of her doing pilates and aerobics at her maternity fit class. She also made sure to maintain a clean diet and made herself healthy meals that included foods like quinoa, green beans, and lemon chicken. Plus, she was all about that green juice life.

Bouncing back and losing weight post-pregnancy is different for every woman and is dependent on so many things. But Rosie is proof that if you maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly (but safely), quickly losing the weight afterwards is a lot more possible than you'd think.
