Benear snapped herself doing the heron pose while feeding her newborn.
It's lunch time while mommy stretches!
The lord of the dance pose is hard enough to do without having to hold a baby.
She is amazing! She writes, "A wise woman wishes to be no one's enemy; a wise woman refuses to be anyone's victim."
Her daughter is probably going to be a future yoga lover.
She has been helping her mom out since she was in the belly!
Even while at home, Benear makes sure to turn feeding into a yoga session.
Now this is multi-tasking.
This pose looks super complicated--because it is.
Benear seems to find peace from her meditation moment. "In our prophecies it is told that we are now at the crossroads: Either unite spiritually as a global nation, or be faced with chaos, disasters, diseases, and tears from our relatives’ eyes," she shares.
This back stretch is great for your body, but Benear also notes the health benefits of being a mom.
"She helps me breath easy, she helps me dig deeper, she helps me stay connected to us both as I move within my mind and body," she writes. That sounds about right!
