WATCH: Baby crawls out of mom’s womb during natural C-section & it’s incredible

Traditional C-sections are hard on moms physically and emotionally. Now there's a gentler approach to the operation known as a natural C-section. This bypasses strapping the mom's arms and creating a barrier between mother and child. The latest viral video shows exactly how it's done and it's pretty crazy. The baby actually crawls out of the womb!

Natural C-sections have their benefits, according to England's National Health Service (NHS). The procedure is meant to minimize complications after birth and, most importantly, increase bonding between the mother and baby.

In this clip, posted by Sophie Messager, you see a woman experiencing a natural C-section in the most tender and peaceful way possible. She was able to play her own music, have the lights dimmed and drape removed from the operation table.

The insane part is that the baby actually crawls out of the womb! The most beautiful part is watching the mom get instant skin-to-skin contact. A luxury that only moms who deliver naturally get most of the time.

If given the chance, I would love to try this method of delivery for my second child. Hopefully hospitals in the U.S. start to rethink how to execute C-sections. It can be done in a more nurturing and mindful way, which benefits mom and newborn.
