Camila Alves can be refreshingly honest. Anyone who knows about Alves, knows she's a Brazilian model, wife of Matthew McConaughey, mommy of three and co-founder of Yummy Spoonfuls, an organic baby food line sold at Target. But what people don't know is like most of us, Alves doesn't always feel like her hottest self.

A few days ago she posted a throwback picture of herself from a magazine photoshoot. In the black and white photo, Alves is seen looking like she just stepped off a high fashion runway. She captioned the image: "A friend just sent me this photo. It was a good reminder!! I am running around since 6 a.m. hiding under a baseball cap because I haven't even been able to put myself together … in this crazy day! Anyone can relate?"

Um, every woman can relate! Being a mom is a hard juggling act. There isn't always time for you, let alone to doll yourself up. I'm sure there are plenty of moms out there who find themselves wearing a baseball cap, sweats –whatever—while balancing career, kids, and other responsibilities.
What resonated with me the most, was how Alves mentions that she needed this "good reminder." She needed to remind herself that at the end of the day, she is beautiful and sexy.
Sure, you may not have had time to flat iron your hair this morning because you were too busy prepping your kids for school or breastfeeding. But that doesn't make you any less beautiful, any less sexy, or any less wonderful period.
