Camila Alves shares our same obsession for familia. The Brazilian model and mother of three is launching her baby food brand, Yummy Spoonfuls, in partnership with Target. Alves's new venture offers busy moms, like us, convenient access to organic baby and toddler food. Feeding time just got a lot easier! We chatted with Alves about her new project and her best tips to raising a non-picky eater. We can all use help in that department!

Yummy Spoonfuls promises to be the closest thing to homemade fresh baby food without having to bust out the food processor yourself! Alves worked with the brand's founder Agatha Achindu to develop delicious flavor combinations including, Chicken Broccoli Bites and Pinto Beans. The food is made in small batches and flash frozen for a farm-to-table approach to feeding–without artificial flavors or preservatives.
Alves spoke exclusively with us about the new line, which will be available in Target starting June 12th. "We were in the kitchen for three days straight in New Orleans preparing and testing the recipes," she said. Alves kept in mind flavors that her own children, Levi, Vida and Levingston, love. "As moms, we all know we have enough to worry about. Food is one thing we can now check off the list," she explained.
The star also shared her tips for avoiding picky eaters in the house. "Kids pick up healthy eating habits from their parents, so be mindful of what you eat in front of them," she suggests. Another major tip? Stay consistent and don't give up. Alves said, "Just because they try something and hate it the first time, doesn't mean that'll be the case forever. Keep trying to open their palettes."
Now that mission will be much easier!
