Keeping mom humble
While promoting Shades of Blue, J.Lo was asked if Max and Emme are aware of her celebrity status. "Yeah, they know and they've heard from school now." She added, "They don't care at all."
Change in perspective

While on Today , J.Lo revealed, "That was a big epiphany for me having children. . . . They just made everything better. They helped me grow as a human being."
Motherhood changes everything

J.Lo was born to be a mom just as much as she was put on this earth to entertain. "There's nothing as huge as giving birth to another human being and having to be responsible for another life," Lopez told InStyle in 2009.
Being a single mom

In 2013, J.Lo opened up to to ABC News about being a single mom. In part, she explained, "It's about love and that's what I constantly remind myself of because I kind of let society get inside my head, 'Oh, it shouldn't be like this. I did this, I did that. I failed.' And it's like, no. They're happy, they're healthy, they're loved more than anything in the world and they're going to be fine."
When Max needed stitches

Three years ago, J.Lo talked about freaking out over her son Max needing stitches. "Of course, I was freaking out, but he was fine. He said it tickled," shared Lopez. "I hear that all little boys have a scar on their chin," she said.
On having more babies

J.Lo isn't ruling out having more kids. "It would be a blessing," she revealed to People in 2012. Imagine Max and Emme having a little brother or sister!
On her kids' personalities

J.Lo realizes that her twins have different personalities that make them unique. "I find them both to be very loving and energetic and bright and joyful. They are very yin and yang. My daughter is very quiet and artistic. My son is very boisterous and energetic," she said in an interview with Hello!.
On whether they're like her

Max and Emme have their mom's amazing genes, but did they inherit her personality? She also told Hello!, "I see myself in both of them a little bit, and I see their dad in them, too."
On being a happy mom

J.Lo sat down with Maria Shriver in 2014 and explained how all moms have a common thread. “We’re all struggling, we’re all doing the best we can, but at the end of the day if you can get the concept of loving yourself, you can have a great life,” she said. Happiness is the key!
