Throughout her pregnancy, Rivera made sure to share intimate photos of her baby shower and baby bump. She even blogged about getting it on with her husband during her pregnancy. Why did someone so open with fans decide to keep the baby's arrival so quiet?
At first, I thought maybe the baby was premature or experienced some health issues, but that doesn't seem to be the case. A source close to the couple confirmed to US Weekly, "It was a very easy pregnancy and birth."
Of course, the other possible reason is that Rivera wants privacy for her family. Given how open she has been during her pregnancy, I'm not sure if that's quite it, though. I'm thinking that she was waiting to give a publication the exclusive, which means she'll be making a nice chunk of money to release her baby photos.
Putting all the chisme aside, we're thrilled that Rivera welcomed a healthy baby boy and is experiencing the joy of motherhood in peace.
