This craft is super easy and I'm sure you can figure out how to do it just from looking at the picture of the finished turkeys, but let me break it down for you so you'll know what you need at a glance, okay?

Supplies:

  • Empty toilet paper rolls

  • Construction paper in white, brown, orange, yellow, and red

  • Glue stick(s)

  • Scissors

  • Black pen or crayon

Directions:

  • Cut out feather shapes from the construction paper. We used the yellow, orange, and brown for the feathers.

  • Cut out a triangle shape in the orange construction paper for the beak. We got fancy and folded the paper in half, then cut out a triangle leaving the fold in tact so that the beak would be 3-D.

  • Cut a waddle out of red construction paper. We made our waddles squiggly.

  • Cut eye shapes out of the white construction paper and draw eyeballs on then with the black pen or crayon.

  • Cut feet out of orange construction paper.

  • Glue the multicolored feathers to the back of the toilet paper roll using the glue stick.

  • Glue the eyes, waddle, beak, and feet to the front of the toilet paper roll.

Now, you've got yourself a turkey, Turkey! Gobble, gobble!
