Jessica Penrose and Andrea Elliot from Missouri are twins, so you would expect that the two have a lot in common, but these twins took it to a whole other twin-tastic level. They both gave birth to their second child respectively on the same day in the same hospital, oh and they both had boys. How does that even happen? It certainly wasn't planned and the odds are against it happening, but it did. The back story is pretty awesome.

When Penrose found out she was pregnant with her second child, she told her mother and they both got in the car and drove over to Elliot's house to tell her the good news. Well, Elliot had good news of her own. Penrose says, "My mom knew and wanted to go along to tell her so she could see the looks on our faces. It turns out we were due within days of each other."
They got to go through their second pregnancies together and their symptoms even mirrored each other. When they got past 39 weeks, their doctor offered to induce them both on the same day, but they wanted to be induced on different days so they could be there for each other during the birthing process.
Well before either induction happened, Elliot went into labor and headed to the hospital. Penrose was going to join her there later for support, but before she knew it her water broke and she was headed to the hospital to have her own baby.
Their doctor found herself running between the twins' rooms to attend to them. Their children were born within four hours of each other. First Elliot gave birth to baby Hampton and then Penrose gave birth to baby Dawson. Elliot was able to be in the room with her sister when Elliot was born.
Congratulations all the way around! What a fantastic story. I'm sure the sisters have a very strong bond and I can imagine that their little boys are going to grow up together as if they were siblings. So sweet!
