Shayne Lamas, the 28-year-old daughter of 80's heartthrob Lorenzo Lamas, has suffered a miscarriage while 16 weeks pregnant with her second child. Lamas collapsed in her Los Angeles home Sunday night and was rushed to the hospital where doctors said she was bleeding internally around her uterus.
Despite reports that the mother-to-be was in a coma, her father's reps denied these claims and said she is in stable condition. How scary!

Shayne is best known for winning season 12 of The Bachelor in 2008 and is currently married to famous entertainment blogger Nik Richie. They already have a 2-year-old daughter named Press and were hoping to expand their family.
Sadly, after doctors tried to save the baby during the surgery, the fetus died. Shayne's father's rep said that doctors saved the mother last night and that she had been very ill. Richie who is mourning the loss of his unborn child posted to his blog, Thedirty.com that he was taking time off of work.
The message read:
I'm going to take some personal days off from the blogging world. Unfortunate things happen to good people. I'm not the best person in the world, but I love my wife and my family. Shayne is my good person. She is my support and my smile. I found you and I never want to let you go. We will overcome.
This is so sad! My thoughts and prayers go out to the Richie and Lamas family as they go through this dark time. It's depressing that something like this had to happen so early into Shayne's pregnancy, but I'm confident that she and her husband will overcome this. I know it's going to take her awhile to heal emotionally and physically, but what is important is that she was able to be saved by doctors.
