For the last few months, Evelyn Lozada has been announcing a LOT of happy news.
Back in November, the Basketball Wives star announced that she was expecting her second child. …boy! The reality star broke the news with People Magazine, saying: "I found out when I had my first trimester screening. I was about 13 weeks when they told me the sex! My daughter Shaniece was with me and we were both soooooo happy!"
She also told People that she was hoping she would have a baby boy. "I have wanted to have a son for years!" said Lozada. "There are all girls on my side of the family, so this will be our first boy. My family is over the MOON!"
And what does her 20-year-old daughter Shaniece think? Well, she couldn't be more excited that it's a boy. "Shaniece is just happy that she can still be the princess of the family," jokes Lozada. "I can't tell you how excited she is. Her brother is already her BFF in her head."
And although she and fiancé Carl Crawford have yet to decide on a name, Lozada says they plan to celebrate their baby news with a lavish baby shower on February 8 in Los Angeles, hosted by Lozada's daughter Shaniece and Evelyn's close friends Shaunie O'Neal, Danika Berry and Teresa Caldwell.
Lozada is seven months pregnant and due in March.
