Mary Helen Bowers is pregnant … like really pregnant. The 34-year-old is a ballerina who is known for her work training Victoria's Secret models as well as Natalie Portman for her role in Black Swan. Most recently she has garnered attention for the amazing photographs she has shared of herself during her very first pregnancy. Throughout the entire experience she has continued to practice ballet with her doctor's approval. You are going to be blown away by the images she's shared on Instagram.

Bowers is due this week and I wish her a very happy and healthy delivery.
How should a ballerina or any woman deal with the physical changes that come with pregnancy? Bower says: "My approach has been to embrace the bump and my ever-changing physique. Rather than fighting the changes in my body, I'm celebrating them and I love seeing other women do the same."
