How do you deal with your kids when they lose their temper? One father recently decided that the only way to face his 6-year-old's recent freak-out was to join in! As can be seen in the hilarious video below, recently posted to YouTube, the dad lip syncs his daughter's tantrum, which can be heard from beyond the camera lens.
"My 6-year-old daughter had been in her room wigging out for about an hour, and there was no talking her down," his wife Kathy Sterner wrote in the description. "I was getting fed up, so my husband decided to lighten the mood." And the results are must-see laugh-out-loud gold!

In the clip, the funny dad mouths along–in near-perfect unison–to his daughter's cries, as Sterner and another child (presumably the girl's older brother) watches and laughs in response. And though some people have been calling him and the rest of the family mean for mocking their kid, I honestly can't blame them for giggling. The father's lip syncing and facial expressions are so spot-on that I couldn't help but crack a smile while watching the video too! Seriously, I think this guy was meant to be an actor.
Plus, while I understand why some people would be put off by the girl's shrieking, I personally think it's one of those situations where parents just kind of have to throw their hands up and laugh for the sake of preserving their own sanity. After all, what mom or dad hasn't been in their shoes?
Besides, it doesn't happen very often, at least according to Sterner. "For the record, she's not typically a beast child–she's actually a pretty awesome little kid who was having a rough day," she wrote alongside the video.
