Pregnant women shake their bumps, get in on the twerking craze! (VIDEO)

How often do you twerk? Don't be coy, it's totally okay. Twerking has gone mainstream, but just in case you aren't sure what it is, here's how Wikipedia defines it,   "Twerking is a dance move that involves a person shaking their upper hips and lower hips in an up and down bouncing motion, causing them to shake, 'wobble' and 'jiggle.'" Shoot, I've been twerking it on the dance floor since before I knew what twerking was. I love to dance and sometimes when the music calls for it, I will shake, wobble, and jiggle my bountiful booty to the beat.

Lately everyone from Miley Cryrus to Nicki Minaj to women in their third trimester of pregnancy are twerking. Wait! Pregnant women are twerking?! That's right, they are and they are even sharing their twerking videos online. I love it!

BabyCenter.com has a thread of twerking third trimester ladies and I am beyond impressed. These ladies can shake it, jiggle it, and drop it like nobody's business.

I have to share my favorite example of a VERY pregnant woman twerking. This video  features Holly Rondeau at 32 weeks of pregnancy twerking like it ain't no big thang! Girlfriend's moves are hella sexy, it's no wonder she's pregnant. Ha!

In case you are wondering about safety, Dr. Jennifer Ashton told ABCNews, "For the average pregnant woman, dancing and aerobic activity is safe during pregnancy, so therefore TWERKING is, too. Pregnancy is not a disease and women should feel comfortable being active. If something hurts, don't do it"

It certainly doesn't look like this twerkin' mama is in pain.
