Should we have another baby? I find myself asking that question whenever I'm near one. I know it's a crazy idea since my husband and I both agreed we'd only have two kids. But I'd be lying if I said I haven't thought about it, especially now that the baby of our house is almost 4 and he no longer lets me treat him like a baby.

Here are 9 reasons I use whenever I try to convince my husband that maybe we should reconsider:

Babies are oh so cute! You can't tell me you didn't melt the first time you saw your little angel smile. Or what about when they grab on to your finger and they won't let go? Babies, especially after the first few months, are the cutest little things in the world!

Getting pampered during pregnancy. My husband, and pretty much everyone else around me, treated me like a queen when I was pregnant… and I loved it! I wouldn't mind getting that special treatment again!

Maternity leave. While the United States is not known as a generous country when it comes to maternity leave, there's nothing like being able to stay home with your newborn, even if it's only for the first few weeks.

Tiny baby clothes. Whenever I look at those cute baby clothes, I think back to when my kids were tiny enough to fit into them and I get all nostalgic. Sometimes it's hard to believe that they were that they were that small.

Choosing another baby name. This was one of my favorite parts of being pregnant. I loved going through long lists of names trying to decide what my husband and I liked.

The moment you meet. If you have children, you know exactly what I'm talking about. If you don't, you'll find out when you have a baby. Suffice it to say that it's miraculous and unlike anything else you've experienced.

I always wanted a big family. When I was much younger, I imagined myself having a big family. The older I got, the more I realized how difficult this would be. Even so, I still thought I'd have at least three children. Somehow, I ended up agreeing to just two.

It'll be so much easier. I know this for a fact because even though having a baby is always A LOT of work, having my second child was much easier because I had already gone through it all. I

You get to nap. I was one of those moms who napped when my babies napped and, let me tell you, it was wonderful–especially if you get to do it right next to your tiny one!
