The top 5 food choking hazards for kids you MUST avoid

So when I think of food choking hazards for kids, I think popcorn and I think hot dogs because that is what I was warned about by pediatricians and other parents. Pediatrics just published a study entitled, Nonfatal Choking on Food Among Children 14 Years or Younger in the United States, 2001–2009, and surprisingly to me popcorn and hot dogs did not make the top five food choking hazards list. 

Keep in mind that the study focused on nonfatal choking. Perhaps, a study of fatal choking food hazards would put popcorn and hot dogs in the top five, who knows? So what are the top five nonfatal food choking hazards for kids?
