It's official: summer is the best time to make babies! We've already talked about why summer sex beats all other seasonal romps and it turns out, science agrees! According to new research, children who were conceived from June to August were actually healthier than others.
Hear that ladies? That means if you're trying for a baby, you better get to it 'cause you only have a few precious weeks of summer to go!

Researchers discovered that infants born during those summer months were about 8 grams heavier on average. And whereas the study found that babies conceived in May (and delivered in winter) were more likely to be born premature, gestation length shot back up to average length in June—time that could make a small but significant different to the child's health. To get you inspired , we've come up with a few more ways to get you in the mood:
1. Stimulate your brain. Watch Magic Mike, delve into your favorite fantasy, or take some time to mentally replay the hottest night you and your partner ever shared. Guarantee you'll be feeling ready to jump in between the sheets sooner than later!
2. Make out. Seriously! Focusing on just touching and kissing above the belt for 15-20 minutes will increase arousal and cause a heightened sense of anticipation.
3. __Exercise.__I know, I know, how many times have you heard this one? But it's for good reason! Hitting the gym will make you feel good about yourself, which means you'll be much more in the mood to get naked. Plus, your endorphins will kick in which can also cause sexual desire.
4. Eat the right foods. In-season foods and fruits like tomatoes, asparagus, squash and plums aren't just healthy–they also boost fertility!
- Wear your sexiest underwear for no reason. All day, you'll know that you're looking mighty good underneath your work clothes…and by the time you get home, you'll be ready to show off!
6. Sleep. This might seem counter-intuitive, but no one's getting any action if you're completely exhausted. So make sure you're getting a full night's sleep or at least, catching a nap on those especially tiring days.
7. Sext. Believe it or not, sexting isn't just for hormonal teens. Having your partner send you a sexy photo or vice versa can definitely help get you in the mood__.__
8. Light some candles…and make them scented! Certain aromas, like lavendar and pumpkin, have been known to boost arousal. And hey, creating a sexy atmosphere never hurts right?
Follow this advice and you'll have no problem finding time to get busy (and hopefully making a baby) this summer!
