You probably heard by now that Kim Kardasian really is having a girl! The mom-to-be celebrated her baby shower this Sunday in Beverly Hills with close friends and family. A few pictures of the romantic, garden-themed baby shower have already been revealed and it looks like it was absolutely beautiful. Despite rumors of him not wanting to attend, Kanye wound up showing up to the shower along with all the women from his mom and dad's sides of the family. I'm not surprised that Kim's shower was so extravagant. After seeing her ballerina, music-box baby shower invitations, I figured she was going to go all out. The shower brunch took place Sunday morning at around 11:30 a.m. in a friend's lavish backyard. Guests were served eggs, bacon, lox and bagels, pancakes and waffles, and there even was an omelet station. The women that arrived were given pretty handmade floral wreaths to wear around their heads. And of course there was a ton of A-listers at her shower, like Kelly Osbourne, Nicole Richie, and Maria Menounos just to name a few.
And even though we have yet to see any photos of Kim from the luxurious event, according to E! News, she showed up looking like a goddess in a long, flowy ivory dress paired with flat sandals and her hair worn in three braids decorated with gold ribbons. She tweeted yesterday a photo of herself in a white gown captioned "Yesterday's look."
"Truly such a special day. I honestly feel so blessed and filled with so much love!" She posted during the shower. I'm really happy for Kim. She really hasn't had the easiest pregnancy. I'm glad she was able to enjoy her shower and that Kanye actually showed up. It was definitely a special day for her and I'm sure she'll never forget it!
