It's FINALLY official–Shakira is definitely pregnant! After months of speculation, the Latina singer took to her blog to confirm that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Gerard Pique.

It seems like it's been forever that the world has been wondering, "Is she or isn't she?" Well, now there's no denying the news. Shakira herself made the big announcement on her website, writing to fans:
As some of you may know, Gerard and I are very happy awaiting the arrival of our first baby! At this time we have decided to give priority to this unique moment in our lives and postpone all the promotional activities planned over the next few days.
Yay!! I'm super excited for her and Gerard! They are one of my favorite celebrity couples (seriously, aren't they just so cute?) and I truly think that together, they will make amazing parents. In fact, if their long-delayed announcement shows anything, it's that they are already being extra cautious when it comes to all things baby. And just think–with Shaki and Gerard as parents, that baby is sure to be beautiful!
Now that the news is official though, it's (of course) time for all of us fans to speculate about the NEXT important question: Is it a boy or a girl?!
