I would have punched her in the face was the reaction I had after watching the disturbing video shot by Lindsay Cavallaro a so-called daycare teacher taunting a little boy under her care. With ridiculous and immature comments like, "News flash, sweetheart. I don't really like you either 'cause you throw toys," Cavallaro is heard chastising 3-year-old Michael Reese repeatedly as he sits in a chair at the Sleeping Giant Day Care in Connecticut.
While little Michael was being no angel either answering back and threatening to throw the teacher's phone, Cavallaro obviously forgets who's the adult and who's the child in this situation. And, with her actions, this sorry excuse for a teacher reminds me why every day I thank God neither one of my children has had to go to daycare.

I know not all daycares and its workers are created equal, but this horrid video just goes to show that you never really know what could be happening with your child once you drop him off at one of these places and go to work.
Cavallaro has been put on paid leave while the daycare center investigates the incident, which pretty much blows my mind because the video perfectly shows that this woman is not fit at all to be taking care of children. I mean, can you imagine your child's caretaker saying this to your 3-year-old son when he threatens to throw her phone: "Do it. Go ahead. No balls. Oh, you're a tough guy. Hey boss, show me your nine." (By the way, in case you didn't get it, with that last word she said, she's referring to a 9mm gun). Really?

I don't care how misbehaved this boy was, Cavallaro had NO right to verbally abuse him. And, can someone please tell me why she would bother to get the whole ordeal on tape? Sounds to me like she's not too well in the head.
