On December 4, Selena and Benny bought a sizable property in Beverly Hills, according to Realtor.com. TMZ reported that they dropped $35 million on the gorgeous seven-bedroom, 12-bathroom mansion. The Spanish-inspired home features a library, fitness center, pool, and glass greenhouse solarium.

If Benny and Selena want to host friends and family, they’ll have plenty of space. That’s because the property is actually two lots that includes the primary residence and two guesthouses, according to Realtor.com. Even better? One of the guesthouses has a home theater and the other has its own studio.
Before Selena and Benny, a famous director owned the property.
The newly engaged couple won’t be the first celebrities to live in the mansion. According to Page Six, director Todd Phillips (Joker and The Hangover) bought the home for $17.25 million in 2012. He ultimately sold it for $31 million in 2021.
The couple announced their engagement a week after purchasing the home.
On December 11, Selena announced her and Benny’s engagement via Instagram.
“Forever begins now,” she declared alongside a carousel of photos, with the featured image showing her ring.
“Hey wait… that’s my wife,” Benny sweetly replied in the comments.
It’s probably good they’re moving, considering Benny filled a bathtub with queso.
For Valentine’s Day, Benny filled a bathtub with queso for Selena, a move he documented in an Instagram video.
“When your fiancé isn’t much of a flowers girl,” he captioned a clip showing a trail of tortilla chips leading to the unconventional February 14 gift.
It’s unclear whether Selena and Benny enjoyed the oversized snack at their new home. But hopefully, the next owners don’t have lasting plumbing issues!
