Kylie Jenner may only be 25 years old, but the reality TV star and makeup mogul already has a staggering net worth, an impressive real estate portfolio, and an enviable business resume. Contrary to the habits of many high-profile celebrities, however, she isn't afraid to show off her wealth. The youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan often posts photos of her elaborate homes and vacations on social media. And recently, she shared a mini tour of the inside of her California home.

The daughter of Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner purchased her first house when she was only 17 years old, thanks largely to the success of Kylie Cosmetics and the family's reality TV show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Kylie has continued to expand her business empire, adding Kylie Skin, Kylie Baby, and Kylie Swim to her lineup. Through the years, she has bought several more properties (and also welcomed daughter Stormi Webster and son Aire Webster with Travis Scott). Let's take a closer look at what she posted about her Holmby Hills home in June 2023 via TikTok.
Kylie treated her TikTok followers to a mini tour of her home.
In early June 2023, a TikTok user commented on one of Kylie's videos, "What we need is a house tour." The Kylie Cosmetics mogul replied with a mini-tour video showing a couple of rooms in her Holmby Hills home. "OK, I'm not going to do a full house tour…I'll show you what room I'm in," she said to the camera. "I'm in my bar right now. And I like it because it has this pretty light."
You can bet her bar included sister Kendall Jenner's tequila.
Although Kylie didn't keep the camera still long enough to provide a good look at her bar, a quick screenshot of the space shows it features light wood paneling on the walls. The bar area also included dark wood cabinets and white countertops. Eagle-eyed TikTok followers might have noticed Kendall Jenner's brand, 818 Tequila, among Kylie's selection of alcohol, too.
Kylie also offered a glimpse at her living room.
"So this is my living room," she continued while swinging the camera angle around to show a quick wide view of the space. The room featured a large sectional couch, additional seating, a TV, a game table, a fireplace, a chandelier, and a grand piano. She then whispered, "This is weird," and smiled uncomfortably.
She gave TikTok followers a closer look at her piano—noting that she plans to learn how to play.
The last thing Kylie featured on her mini tour was the grand piano. "My daughter plays the piano. She has piano lessons every week," she explained while playing a few notes. "But I'm going to learn. This summer, I decided I'm going to learn how to play the piano." (Hopefully, Kylie posts a follow-up video showing how she's progressed. We'd love to see her skills!)
"And that's it," she concluded, before blowing a kiss to the camera.
Kylie previously gave a tour of her home on Vogue's '73 Questions.'
In September 2021, Kylie was featured on Vogue's "73 Questions"—and fans had the opportunity then to enjoy a longer tour of her gorgeous home. (Those who tune into The Kardashians or follow Kylie on Instagram have also seen shots from inside her crib). Kylie purchased the property in April 2020 for $36.5 million. The 15,350-square-foot property boasts seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, an outdoor projection screen, home theater, a gym, a sports court, a chef's kitchen, a guardhouse, and two guest apartments, according to TMZ.
Kylie's favorite part about it? "I love the energy in this house," she told Vogue. And we'd definitely have to agree!
