Video: Watch Kylie Jenner’s reaction to seeing her face with an aging filter

Getting older is one of those things in life that's inevitable; it's happening to all of us, and there's not much we can do to stop it. But celebrities and others who have access to the best plastic surgeons/expensive cosmetic procedures do have a leg up when it comes to delaying the effects of aging. Kylie Jenner is among this elite class of folks who could afford to retain a youthful appearance longer than most — but interestingly, she recently posted a TikTok video showing her followers the exact opposite.

Kylie is 25 years old, but has achieved more success in her business endeavors than most people could imagine. Between Kylie Cosmetics, her various reality TV shows, sponsored content, and more, the youngest Kar-Jenner sibling is (nearly) a billionaire — and could easily afford to keep her youthful appearance for decades to come, if she chooses. (She's also not super subtle when it comes to having had work done already.)

So what does "old" Kylie look like? Let's take a closer look at the TikTok video she posted of her face with an aging filter.

Kylie Jenner posted a TikTok video of herself using the aging filter—and she was not a fan.

On July 10, 2023, Kylie shared a TikTok video that showed her normal face on the bottom half of the screen and her face with an aging filter on the top half. The beauty mogul could be seen in the clip shaking her head as she disapprovingly inspected her older self. “I don’t like it," Kylie said. “I don’t like it at all … No, no."

Fan reactions to Kylie's aging filter TikTok video were incredibly supportive.

The comments section in Kylie's video overwhelmingly reassured her that her "older self" still looks amazing.

"The crazy thing is you still look good?" one person wrote.

Another TikTok user declared, "Always beautiful," alongside a heart emoji.

Yet another person commented, "You still look good, don't be scared to age xx."

Meanwhile, one TikTok user assumed Kylie will likely have cosmetic procedures done to prevent natural aging. That person commented, "IT'S OKAY YOUR GONNA GET IT FIXED ANYWAY."

TikTok users have tested out the aged filter on other celebrities.

If you were curious how accurate the aged filter really is, look no further than this video on TikTok user created. In it, they used the filter on video clips of Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler from the '90s, and the result isn't that far off from what the actors look like today. (Plenty of other TikTok users have experimented with the filter on themselves, too.) What do you think?

Kylie has previously opened up about her fear of aging.

This isn't the first time Kylie has publicly touched on the subject of aging. During a 2015 joint interview with her older sister, Kendall Jenner, she admitted that getting older wasn't something she looked forward to. "I'm scared of the day I turn 19," a then 17-year-old Kylie told The Sunday TimesStyle magazine. "I really don't want to grow past 18."

Kendall also added her two cents in regard to getting older.

During the same interview with Style magazine, Kendall shared a sentiment to which many people can likely relate. "It's just scary to think how fast everything is rolling and you can't stop it. It's rolling right now,” the older Jenner sibling, then 19, said. "You see a picture and you've changed so much in a year."

So true!

Hopefully, both Kylie and Kendall are eventually able to come to terms with their aging — and perhaps even embrace the changes that come with the privilege of getting older!
