Those who have been keeping up with the Kardashians since their E! reality series premiered in 2007 know the Kar-Jenners have changed a ton since then. Not only have Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner gone on to achieve incredible success in their business ventures, but the sisters have undergone beauty transformations as well. From getting (and then ditching) BBLs, to embracing lip fillers and Botox, to seeking out "revenge" bodies, and more, the reality TV stars have embraced cosmetic procedures and the power of a highly paid personal trainer. And you know what? Good for them.

For most of her adult life, Kylie has adamantly denied having had major work done — aside from lip fillers. Which is totally her prerogative, if she wants to keep the details to herself. However in an episode of Hulu's The Kardashians that aired in July 2023, the youngest Kar-Jenner sibling finally opened up about a specific cosmetic procedure, confirming she had a boob job years ago.

On the July 27 episode of The Kardashians, Kylie, 25, finally confirmed that she had breast augmentation done years ago.
"You know I got my breasts done before Stormi," she told her friend, Stassie Karanikolaou, per E! Online, "within six months of having Stormi — not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. Like, they were still healing."
However, she said she regrets having the procedure on her breasts.
In addition to confirming she's had a boob job, Kylie expressed regret over the decision.
"I had beautiful breasts, like natural tits," she said. "Just gorgeous, perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children."
Kylie said she wants to be a positive role model for her daughter when it comes to beauty and self-love.
"Obviously I have a daughter," the Kylie Cosmetics founder continued on The Kardashians. "I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19. And she's the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom and best example for her. And I just wish I could, like, be her and do it all differently, because I wouldn't touch anything."
On a previous episode of 'The Kardashians,' Kylie set the record straight about having cosmetic procedures on her face.
Because of Kylie's changing looks through the years, there have been persistent rumors about her having had extensive plastic surgery on her face. She set the record straight, however, on the July 20 episode of The Kardashians.
"One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was like this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face. Which is false," she said to the camera. "I've only gotten fillers, and I feel like I don't want that to be a part of my story. I will always want everyone to just love themselves."
Kylie also addressed the influence the Kar-Jenners have on beauty standards.
During that same episode of The Kardashians, Khloé, Kylie, and Kourtney also touched on their family's impact on beauty standards.
"I just feel like we have huge influence and like, what are we doing with our power?" Kylie said to her sisters. "I think I just see like so many girls on the internet now like fully editing. I went through that stage, too, and I feel like I'm in a better place. But other people can instill insecurities in you."
Kylie added: "We all have our little things, so it's normal to be insecure sometimes. But I always just remember being like the most confident kid in the room. I always loved myself, I still love myself."
