Those who keep up with the Kardashians know the Kar-Jenners can't resist posting a good selfie—or a group shot, or a carefully staged, highly edited shot of themselves at home (or on an extravagant vacation). Basically, the reality TV family members keep impeccably curated Instagram grids at all times. And for Kourtney Kardashian, this only ramped up after announcing she was pregnant with her fourth child.

Kourtney has three children with her ex Scott Disick: Mason, Penelope, and Reign. In June 2023, Kravis announced they're expecting their first baby together—and since then, Kourtney has posted a steady stream of bump photos on Instagram. Let's take a look-see!
Hello, Cover Girl!
In October, Kourt shared her digital cover for Vanity Fair Italia. The image chosen for the digital cover features a very pregnant Kourtney covered by a sheer black veil and wearing nothing more than a leather bra.
She radiates confidence!
In other black and white images taken for Vanity Fair Italia, Kourtney oozes confidence as she wears next to nothing. This particular pregnancy has not been easy for Kourtney as she had to have emergency fetal surgery, but you would never be able to tell from looking at these images.
The publication took other smoldering shots in color.
She can also be seen wearing a pair of sheer stockings and sunglasses as she poses sideways to fully show her bountiful belly. For modesty's sake, her hands cover her breasts.
She did not take a break from work or workin' it during pregnancy.
"Are you a good witch or a bad witch? This dress from my limited @boohoo collection is made of 100% recycled polyester," Kourtney captioned a series of photos of herself wearing one of the designs created for her collaboration with the clothing brand Boohoo.

This particular dress is made out of 95% recycled polyester. This is from Kourtney's second collection with the fast fashion brand. She's been pushing them to do more eco-friendly designs.
Her collab isn't a pregnancy line.
Even though her designs with Boohoo weren't maternity wear, you can see that they look pretty spectacular on a very pregnant Kourtney. Just goes to show that you don't always have to opt for maternity clothes when you are pregnant.
Kourtney is not shy about showing off her belly.
Here she's pictured in more of her collab designs and really the star of the look is her baby bump in all its glory. It's wonderful that she's documented this pregnancy with so many lovely photos.
Kourtney is clearly a fan of the bikini bump.
On August 8, Kourtney took to Instagram to share a wide shot of herself rocking swimwear while pregnant. She stood showing the profile of her bump (with her hands resting on it, of course) while wearing an orange string bikini. Kourt captioned the post with, "Growing you inside of me, my son, is the greatest blessing, honor and joy."
This blue outfit definitely accentuated her bump.
A few days earlier, Kourtney wore a different look that put her bump front and center. She posted a series of photos of herself wearing a blue cropped jacket with long sleeves and a popped collar, paired with a blue miniskirt. In the Instagram caption, Kourt including a series of cookie emojis — suggesting her outfit reminded her of Cookie Monster.
A beach selfie showed the expecting mama wearing a swimsuit with a bump cutout.
On July 12, Kourt shared a fun selfie from Hawaii that highlighted her growing bump. It featured her lying on the beach while wearing a black swimsuit with a cutout for her belly. In the caption, she included a field of emojis including a wave, a surfboard, and a chicken. Too cute!
She looked adorable in another photo from Hawaii.
During the same Hawaiian vacation, Kourt posted another look that showcased her baby bump. This time, she donned a pink outfit featuring a deep leg slit, a cutout for her belly, and an asymmetrical one-shoulder design that wrapped around her neck. "Aloha ," the expecting mom captioned her Instagram post.

On July 5, Kourt took to Instagram to share a slew of bump selfies with her followers. "Selfies n stuff," she captioned the post. In the primary image, Kourtney wore a black sleeveless dress and a high ponytail, making sure to arch her back for the photo in order to highlight her bump.
She even took bump selfies in the elevator!
Her selfie dump also included a shot of Kourt from inside an elevator. For the picture, she wore a black trench coat with black pants and a white T-shirt. If you look closely, her bump can be seen barely poking out of the bottom of her shirt.
Who can resist a good, old-fashioned public restroom selfie? Not Kourtney.
Yet another selfie was snapped from a public restroom. Kourtney wore a form-fitting T-shirt with black pants and a long white coat. She looks both chic and comfy.
She and Addison Rae enjoyed a bikini photo shoot in July 2023.
On July 3, Kourtney posted another bikini bump photo, but this time with a friend. Her pal, influencer Addison Rae, is wearing a matching hot pink swimsuit while enthusiastically touching Kourt's bare bump. The Instagram carousel shows the friends in various sensual poses, and the caption simply reads, " ."

Even after her Hawaiian vacation was over, Kourt couldn't stop thinking about the getaway. On July 14, she posted more photos from the vacation, and the second image in the Instagram carousel showed a full-body shot of Kourtney lounging on the beach. "Still beaming with joy from the l week I had taking 7 girls to Hawaii to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Beyond grateful for memories that will last a lifetime. Pure magic ✨."

On June 28, Kourtney shared a photo of herself wearing significantly more clothing yet still accentuating her baby bump. The soon-to-be mom of four wore a gray form-fitting outfit and a gray skirt with black waistband while posing in front of a pool. For some of the shots, Travis joined her wearing a white tank and black pants—and they look simply serene!
They wore the same outfits the day of their gender reveal.
Kravis seemingly had their maternity photo shoot on the same day they hosted a sex reveal for their baby, as the couple wore the same outfits for the event. Kourtney took to Instagram to share a video from the big reveal, which featured her sitting on Travis' lap as he performed a drumroll. The climax came when blue confetti shot out of cannons, revealing they're having a baby boy.

On June 23, a full-body mirror selfie was hiding in a carousel of photos Kourtney shared via Instagram. The pic showed her rocking a green string bikini. Kourt captioned the post with, "Sweet summer ."
This photo of Travis drumming on Kourtney's bump is seriously sweet.
One of Kourtney's first bump photos with baby No. 4 incorporated Travis' profession. A June 18 Instagram post showed Travis posing like he was drumming on her bump. "Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God’s blessing and plan," Kourtney captioned the post.
They also posted this precious shot of Travis kissing her bump.
Another photo from the same Blink-182 concert featured Kourtney and Travis backstage. In the picture, Travis can be seen kissing his wife's bump, which is visible through the sheer, long-sleeved bodysuit she wore. Kourtney completed the look with a black bra (also visible through the sheer bodysuit) and leather pants.

June 16 was when the world learned that Kourtney and Travis would be welcoming a baby. They took to Instagram to share a video of Kourtney jumping up and down while holding a sign that read, "Travis I'm pregnant." In the clip, Kourtney is at a Blink-182 concert, prompting fans to remember the band's music video for "All the Small Things," in which a woman held up an identical sign.
