However, Kourtney Kardashian recently set the record straight about a rumor claiming that her son, Mason Disick, has a child.
Kourtney shares 15-year-old Mason, 12-year-old Penelope, and 10-year-old Reign, with her ex, Scott Disick. Her husband, blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, has three kids with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler: Atiana De La Hoya, 25 (whom Shanna shares with her ex, retired boxer Oscar De La Hoya), Landon, 21, and Alabama, 19. On November 1, 2023, Kourtney and Travis welcomed Rocky Thirteen Barker, their first child together.
In February 2025, rumors swirled that Mason had a secret baby.

In late February and early March, a social media account made wild claims about Mason, saying he used private Instagram accounts to chat to friends.
“Mason allegedly responded to a friend that he has a 1-year-old daughter named Piper,” blogger Perez Hilton explained in a TikTok video. “Mason allegedly said he did not want the child and that the teenage mother of the child was in his art class. He allegedly called the child a ‘failed protection.'”
Kourtney shut down the rumors that Mason Disick has a child.

On March 2, Kourtney sent a direct message to fans about the reports that Mason was a father.
“I rarely address rumors or conspiracies regarding myself or my family, but this is about my child and it feels wrong to let anyone think for a second that these lies are remotely true,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “They are not. Mason does not have a child. These accounts that pretend to be him are definitely not. They are FAKE.”
In her message, she noted that he ‘values his privacy.’
“My son really values his privacy, and I am asking all media to please be respectful: he is a kid with feelings and a beautiful life ahead of him,” Kourtney continued. “Please stop spreading false narratives and spinning lies.”
The Poosh founder concluded, “And to all the other people making videos about my kids (who, by the way, are minors), please stop and leave them alone.”

On the r/KUWTK subreddit, Kar-Jenner followers shared their thoughts on Kourtney’s message.
One person wrote, “Honestly I’m relieved to know this and appreciate her stating the truth.”
Someone else declared, “Insane rumor to make up about someone’s child,” while another echoed, “I think it’s crazy she makes these kinds of instagram stories about Mason every year cause there’s always someone pretending to be him.”
Meanwhile, yet another Reddit user pointed out, “Imagine if Mason was a girl. As the oldest Kardashian child it would be much much worse.”
Mason recently celebrated his 15th birthday.
On December 14, 2024, Mason turned 15; his brother, Reign, turned 10 that same day. Kourtney took to Instagram to mark the occasion with a joint birthday tribute featuring photos of both sons.
“My birthday boys. So special to me it hurts my heart,” she captioned the update.
Meanwhile, Scott posted photos of Mason’s birthday gift: a brand new vehicle.
“Happy birthday big boy!” he wrote on his Instagram Story. “Felt like it was only fair 4 you 2 get your first g wagon even if it’s a mini g wagon it’s still a wagon! Love u son!!!!!! Let the good times roll.”
