A huge congratulations are in order for Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker who welcomed their first child together. The couple were spotted at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles early last week, and later sources confirmed to TMZ that the couple was there to deliver their baby boy Rocky 13. Apparently, Kourtney stayed at the hospital until Tuesday, November 7, when she was photographed being chauffeured home by Travis.

Both Kourtney and Travis have three other children each from previous relationships. Kourtney shares Mason, Penelope, and Reign with ex Scott Disick. Travis shares Landon, Alabama, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, whose father is boxing promoter Oscar De La Hoya, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. We’re sure all of their kids must be head over heels for their new sibling. Here’s what we know about the baby’s birth so far.
Rumors that Kourtney had given birth started circulating last week.
TMZ cited “growing evidence” that Kourtney and Travis were at Cedars-Sinai to bring “their son Rocky into the world.” They made their case by pointing out that Travis had previously mentioned Kourt would be giving birth around Halloween, then they started getting tips saying Kourtney was at Cedars-Sinai on Monday, November 8, plus both Travis and Kylie Jenner were seen visiting the hospital later that week.
Then came confirmation.
Both TMZ and People confirmed that Kourtney had indeed given birth to her first child with Travis. It isn’t clear exactly when Kourtney gave birth as the couple hasn’t made a public birth announcement yet.
On Tuesday, November 7, Travis was seen driving Kourtney home.
Pics were taken of him driving Kourtney home from the hospital. Their baby boy isn’t visible in the pictures, but Kourtney seems to be sitting in the back seat instead of the front seat.
This pregnancy was not easy for mother or baby.
Kourtney ended up having to undergo fetal surgery to save her baby’s life. She shared how scary the experience was and wrote:
“I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.
About the baby’s name.
In a July episode of Complex’s Goat Talk video series, Travis shared that the baby might be named Rocky 13. Travis’ daughter Alabama was not into the name, but Travis seemed unfazed by her criticism, so we’ll see if that name ends up sticking.
