Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker aren't shy when it comes to packing on the PDA. However, the celebrity couple is way more conservative about posting photos of their kids. The Blink-182 drummer and The Kardashians star have gone so far as to not reveal the face of their youngest child, Rocky Thirteen Barker, who was born in November 2023.

As a refresher Kourtney and Travis have three children each from previous relationships. Kourtney and her ex, Scott Disick, share Mason, Penelope, and Reign. Meanwhile, Travis shares Landon, Alabama, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
Kourtney and her sisters took a spring break vacation to Turks and Caicos.
For spring break, some of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters embarked on a vacation to Turks and Caicos. Kim and Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner, all posted multiple photo dumps from their tropical getaway via Instagram, showing off their beach bodies and amazing views. And Kourtney did the same.
She posted a rare glimpse of her son, Rocky.
On April 9, Kourtney shared a carousel of photos featuring moments from her Turks and Caicos vacation. She captioned the update with a series of emojis: " ☀️ ." If you scroll to the third picture, you'll see Kourtney's feet in a pool with Rocky's little foot dangling from her lap.
Fans reacted to the Rocky cameo in the comments.
In the comments, it was clear that fans honed in on the adorable Rocky cameo.
One Instagram user wrote, "That little foot chunk," while someone else commented, "The little toes ."
Another fan declared, "Rocky toes ❤️."
Meanwhile, yet another Instagram user exclaimed, "Omg his little baby feet ."
The mom of four has also got real about her postpartum body during her spring break vacation.
On April 7, Kourtney posted photos of herself via Instagram wearing a black bikini while in the water on her trip. She shared one of the same pictures on her Instagram Story with a message about postpartum bodies.
“Your body is beautiful at all stages,” she wrote. “During pregnancy as we are glowing and growing, postpartum as we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find hardest as our bodies are still adjusting.”
The mom of four continued: "I try to be kind to myself as my body finds a new normal. The pressure put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different isn’t realistic. Life is beautiful, you are beautiful. Just a little reminder (for me too). XOXO.”
Kourtney and Travis have offered a few other glimpses of their son.
On January 28, Kourtney shared a gorgeous photo of herself standing while holding Rocky against her chest. Her youngest child wore an all-white outfit with a hood and his face turned away from the camera — with only his little toes visible. "Blisssss," the doting mom captioned the sweet Instagram update.
The couple struggled to conceive.
During an episode of Hulu's The Kardashians, the Poosh founder opened up about her "awful" IVF experience.
"Travis and I want to have a baby, and so my doctor took us down this road of doing IVF and, like, it hasn't been the most amazing experience," Kourtney explained. "The medication that they've been giving me, they put me into menopause."
In February, Kourtney and Travis revealed baby Rocky was conceived naturally. "One year ago today ❤️," Kourtney captioned an Instagram post featuring photos from a trip to the Amangiri resort in Utah. Meanwhile, Travis, 48, wrote in the comments, "We made baby Rocky ."
