It seems just like yesterday that Kim Kardashian was pregnant with her first child with Kanye West and the world was joking they should name their baby North West. In a perfect twist of fate, that's exactly what the celebrity power couple did! North was born on June 15, 2013, ushering in a new generation of mini Kim K's. So how is it, then, that this celebrity child is a whole decade old? The math simply does not math.

Somehow, North is now 10 years old — meaning she's solidly in her tween years. The eldest Kardashian-West kid has grown up in the spotlight, allowing fans to literally watch her grow up via social media and her family's reality TV shows. In celebration of North's milestone, she enjoyed a sleepover birthday party with friends. Let's take a closer look at the cute photos from the special occasion!
Kim Kardashian posted a touching tribute for North West on her 10th birthday.
As Kim typically does when her kids celebrate a birthday, the Skims mogul took to Instagram to share a shout-out. The doting mama posted a pair of selfies alongside North, along with a touching message.
"My sweet special baby girl. I can’t believe you’re 10 years old, North," Kim wrote. "My soul changed the day I met you and I love having you as my best friend. Thank you for making me a mommy. I love you so so so much and I will always be by your side forever. ♾️."
They celebrated with a sleepover birthday party at a hotel.
North chose to have a sleepover birthday party with friends and family to celebrate turning 10. The shebang was held at the the Beverly Hills Hotel, E! Online reported. And honestly, we're jealous of how cozy and lavish her celebration looked.
A TikTok video shows guests singing to North around her massive birthday cake.
Meanwhile, North and Kim posted videos from the birthday extravaganza on their shared TikTok account. One video shows the party-goers gathered around North's four-tiered cake singing "Happy Birthday" to her and another girl named Eva. The song was notably led by cousin Penelope Disick on microphone (plus we spotted Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, too!).
Of course, the event featured tons of tasty treats.
It wouldn't be a Kar-Jenner birthday bash without an amazing spread of food! North's party was no exception. There were tons of tasty treats, including macarons, cake, chocolates, and more.

Among the delectable food selections was a charcuterie board. A display referencing the 1989 movie Troop Beverly Hills, per E! Online, was placed behind that spread with a note that read "What a thrill!" Yum!
North also had mocktails inspired by Hello Kitty.
If you didn't look closely at the slew of videos posted to Kim and North's TikTok account, then you might have missed a cool offering. Included among the yummy treats at her party were mocktails in a Hello Kitty theme (and other Hello Kitty details sprinkled here and there). There was a "North by North West" option that had grape soda, pop rocks, and cotton candy. Or guests could choose "Eva's Lavender Haze," which featured lemonade and blueberries.
There were other fun drinks offered, too.
In addition to the Hello Kitty mocktails, guests could choose from a variety of other fun drinks. (We spot more Hello Kitty options!) Very cute.
The party included a makeup tutorial—and free products.
It looks like part of North's birthday celebration included getting all glammed up with her friends. One TikTok video shows a woman leading what looks like a makeup tutorial. We can also see various eyeshadows, lipsticks, and more spread out on tables for guests to take and test out.
It looks like Kim volunteered to go first.
Here's a shot of Kim getting her makeup done while guests took note and waited for their turn. The girls gathered around in their matching robes for some pampering. And we're sure they all looked and felt gorgeous.
She blew out candles for a second birthday cake.
It's worth noting that North had not one but two cakes for her 10th birthday. In addition to the massive, four-tiered masterpiece, it appears North blew out candles on a much smaller cake the morning after the sleepover. Another TikTok video shows the birthday girl standing in front of the macaron-inspired confection in front of her mom while people sing to her.
Guests even received some cool swag.
So yeah — the Kardashians do goodie bags a bit differently than the average family. On top of the free makeup, it looks like guests could snag some clothes and shoes if they so desired. Through the TikTok videos, we can see there were also bags, hoodies, and other items with the "Visions Studio by North + Eva" theme.
North's friends slept in style on cute sleep stations.
Forget sleeping bags. At North's sleepover, the girls each had their own floor mattress with a fairy-lights-adorned canopy draped over the pillow, a Hello Kitty plush, a matching pink pajama set, and more. It looks like the girls also had access to a photo booth, as North is showing off a strip of pictures.

Kim also posted a TikTok video dedicated to the sleeping area and adjoining "Visions Studio." In it, folks could see the full scope of what the girls received as party guests. Each bed had a large duffle bag, a basket of toiletries, and a Visions Studio pillow in addition to the aforementioned goodies.

The next morning, the girls enjoyed an elegant breakfast.
After sleeping in their fancy beds, North and her pals awakened to a fancy breakfast. They enjoyed croissants and warm drinks in fancy china. Apparently, all the guests got to take home an Anastasia Beverly Hills gift bag, too. These girls were seriously pampered! Can we get an invite next year?
