When it comes to holidays, vacations, and milestone celebrations, the Kardashians know how to have a good time. The Kar-Jenners also have a tendency to flaunt their extravagant trips and parties on social media, including birthday bashes for their children. Recently Kim Kardashian shared photos from Psalm West's 4th birthday party. And we can't get over the adorable festivities for Kim and Kanye West's youngest child.

Although Kim and Ye are now divorced, they co-parent their four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm West. Psalm was born on May 9, 2019, via surrogate, which means he turned 4 years old in 2023. (Yes, already—can you believe it?) Naturally, Kim took to Instagram to share the highlights of her son's birthday celebration. Let's take a closer look at the over-the-top party. Because the kiddos clearly had a blast.
Kim Kardashian posted a sweet Instagram tribute for Psalm's 4th birthday.
On May 9, Kim took to Instagram with an adorable birthday shout-out for her youngest child. "Happy 4th birthday my beautiful smart curious baby boy Psalm. I’m just so happy you chose me to be your mommy," she wrote. "You teach me so much every day. I can’t wait to go through this life with you and that cutie smile of yours with your little fangs lol."
Psalm West's firefighter-themed cake did not disappoint.
Over on Kim and North's shared TikTok account, they posted a video of everyone singing to Psalm before he blew out his birthday candles. Kim held him next to a giant cake that featured a fire hydrant, an ax, flames, and a prominent number 4. Near the base of the cake was a fire hose that fittingly read "Chief Psalm."
Of course there were actual fire trucks there.
You can't have a firefighter-themed birthday party for a 4-year-old without having a literal fire truck on site. Or, at least you can't if you're a Kardashian. In addition to a couple of photos Kim included of partygoers posing with the bright red engine, we found a video of firefighters lined up next to a Santa Fe Springs truck at Psalm's birthday party.
Psalm got to ride in a fire truck for his birthday, too.
Another video shared to Kim and North's TikTok account showed one of the fun activities at Psalm's birthday bash. In the short clip, North and the rest of the kid guests all exclaimed, "We're going on a fire truck ride!" while situated on the engine. How fun!
Psalm had fun trying to smash open a fire truck piñata.
What birthday party is complete without a piñata? In this video from Psalm's party, the birthday boy can been seen attempting to smash open a fire-truck-shaped piñata. Hopefully everyone was able to snag some sweets!
Kim also took a moment to pose with the birthday boy, Chi, Stormi, and Aire.
The final photo Kim included in her Instagram post showed her posing with the birthday boy, who was standing with a scooter. Also in the shot were Chicago and Kylie Jenner's two kids, Stormi and Aire Webster. It was definitely a family affair!
