After rumors about their relationship have been circulating for months, it seems like Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are ready to make it work. A source told People they are "giving their relationship another try" after spending more than a year apart. "Tristan is working hard to prove himself and has been a great dad to True," the source added.

The pair called it quits in early 2019 after it was revealed that he had been physically involved with a Kardashian-Jenner family friend, Jordyn Woods, at a party. Khloé and the NBA player seemed to have put all of that aside and he was even present at her 36th birthday party last weekend, which she said was reserved for just family. Another insider told the publication that they "acted like were back together" at her birthday bash. The pair had been showing signs of a reconciliation for months and here are some reasons we should have known they were going to get back together.
Tristan wrote a heartfelt post on Khloé's birthday.
"I’m wise enough now to know, you came into my life to show me just what it means to be an incredible person," he wrote in June. "I appreciate how I am able to learn from and grow because of you. Tristan's message got support from Khloé's family.

The Good American founder and the NBA star sparked speculation they’re back together after they were spotted getting cozy at their friend Savas Oguz's birthday party on June 9. Tristan's former teammate, Jordan Clarkson, shared a video on his Instagram Stories featuring a group of people singing “Happy Birthday” and the pair stood next to each other and the basketball player had his arm around her waist.
Tristan kept appearing on the most recent episode of the family's reality show.
The basketball star made various appearances on Keeping Up With the Kardashians even after the couple's split in 2019. There were scenes that showed Khloé having plenty of conversations with him, as well as him sending her expensive designer gifts.

Tristan took legal action in May against a woman claiming that he is the father of her child. According to documents obtained by People, the NBA star filed a libel lawsuit against paternity accuser Kimberly Alexander. The basketball player and Khloé sent a cease and desist letter demanding that the woman "immediately stop defaming them with malicious defamatory lies and specious fabrications." In the lawsuit filed in May, the couple's lawyer, Marty Singer, alleges that the woman is a "wannabe social media influencer and pornographic model/performer who is so desperate to achieve her fifteen minutes of fame that she recently fabricated a false claim that NBA star/Cleveland Cavaliers center/power forward Thompson is the father of her nearly five year old son."
She said she would be using Tristan's sperm to have a second child.
The most recent season of KUWTK explored Khloé's journey of freezing her eggs, and she even said she wanted Tristan to be her sperm donor. “I might get some embryos and get a sibling. I might need to borrow some sperm or get some from you," she told Tristan on an episode earlier this year. "We’ll figure that out later. That’s a whole other episode,” she quipped. “So awkward.”

"It was good, it was, he is like honestly so nice," Kim said about the dinner. "He's really trying really hard," Kim said. "And it's been a full year of him as a different person."
"He made mistakes but he's trying really hard," Scott added. "To be in that place and feel like everybody in the family that he just had a kid with hates him would be, like, a horrible feeling. It was the right thing to do. No matter what, he's still within the family."
