Scott Disick dated Kourtney Kardashian and fathered three of her children. However, fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians know that he and her younger sister have been a dynamic duo for years, too. And recently, Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick finally addressed rumors that he got her pregnant.

To recap, Scott and Kourtney dated on and off from 2006 to 2015. They welcomed three kids during their relationship: Mason, 14, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 9. Kourtney also shares a 1-year-old son, Rocky, with her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.
Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick spoke on her podcast about the rumors that he got her pregnant.
In case you missed it, Khloé is officially a podcaster! Her new podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, premiered on January 9 on X. And her first guest was her close friend/the father of her niece and nephews, Scott.
Scott said his dad would call him and ask about tabloid reports.
Among the topics Khloé and Scott discussed were wild reports about them. Kourtney’s ex recalled how his late parents, Jeffrey and Bonnie Disick, would call to ask him about rumors in tabloid magazines.
“Every day, they were like, ‘You got Khloé pregnant?’ I’m like, ‘Yes, Dad, I got Khloé pregnant.’ and he’s like, ‘OK,’” Scott joked.
Back in the day, there were even reports involving Kim.
Khloé wasn’t the only Kardashian sister allegedly involved in a cheating scandal with Scott. During his and Kourtney’s later years, Scott and Kim Kardashian were rumored to be involved in a tryst of their own.
“Every week, it was a different sister I got pregnant,” Scott said of the bogus reports. “I’m like, ‘Where’s the kids?”
Khloé emphatically set the record straight about her and Scott's relationship.
“You never got me pregnant,” Khloé insisted while Scott recounted the conversations with his parents.
Additionally, she noted that a top question from fans was if she and Scott ever “hooked up.”
Although Scott joked, “F— yeah,” Khloé cleared the air by saying, “No, we haven’t.”
On the podcast, Khloé and Scott talked about how she did not like him at first.
While discussing Khloé’s dislike of him early on, Scott acknowledged that he “just was not a great person” in his early 20s.
“You were like, ‘Yo, I like you, but you’re a f—-ing a–hole’ at that point in my life,” he recounted. “And I was. Like, when I look back, I can’t believe anybody tolerated that kind of s—.”
She now considers him 'one of my best friends.'
“I also think the evolution of you and the growth of you is such a beautiful thing,” Khloé told Scott. “I mean, I consider you one of my best friends, and I love you so much. And I don’t think we would be where we are now if it weren’t for all of those situations.”
Thankfully, fans won’t have to wait too much longer to see more of their favorite BFFs, as season 6 of The Kardashians premieres on February 6 on Hulu.
