Watching a child grow up can be both a rewarding and a heartbreaking experience for parents. On the one hand, it's incredibly fulfilling to witness the baby you raised blossom into their own person and gradually gain their independence. On the other hand, there are times when their childhood seems to have rapidly progressed in the blink of an eye—and parents are left coping with unexpected feelings of sadness. One celebrity who is experiencing this phenomenon is Khloé Kardashian.

The reality star shares two children with her ex, Tristan Thompson: daughter True Thompson and a baby boy (whose name has yet to be announced) they welcomed in late July 2022. In honor of True turning 5 years old, Khloé posted a touching tribute to her daughter, along with some throwback photos and images of gorgeous birthday flower arrangements.
Khloé Kardashian posted a sweet Instagram tribute to True for her fifth birthday.
On April 12, Khloé took to her Instagram stories to post her thoughts about True turning 5. "Today is my angel's 5th birthday!! I am NOT OK. True has changed my life in ways I could never express," she wrote.
Khloé added: "I am so emotional over her getting older. What is wrong with me lol."
Khloé also posted throwback photos of True as a baby and toddler.
"A walk down memory lane … Sobbing," Khloé said. "True, I love you beyond measure," Khloé's birthday shout-out for her daughter continued. The mom of two then proceeded to share photos from when True was a baby. Look at those adorably chubby cheeks! She's grown so much since then.

Another photo Khloé shared with her Instagram followers showed baby True in a floral dress and big eyes looking curiously at the camera. In yet another picture, a toddler-aged True is smiling while sitting on a kitchen counter next to some baked goodies. If you ask us, she looks proud to have "helped" and pumped to taste-test the finished products.
Khloé also posted fabulous floral arrangements in honor of True's fifth birthday.
In addition to the precious photos of baby True, Khloé shared photos from how they celebrated her daughter in the present day. "Oh my goodness, are these not the most beautiful floral arrangements for my sweet angel?" the doting mama captioned a wide shot of two elaborate floral arrangements on either side of a birthday cake. This was in addition to True's lavish celebration, which was held last week.
We're in awe of this unicorn made of roses.
Khloé Kardashian isn't a regular mom—she's a cool mom. She's also a rich mom, so of course she splurged on some delightfully over-the-top floral arrangements for her daughter's fifth birthday party. A closer shot of this unicorn made of white, purple, orange, and blue roses is simply gorgeous. And we're willing to bet True was obsessed.
But Khloé didn't stop there with the flowers.
As if a giant unicorn of roses wasn't enough of a wow factor, Khloé also made sure to include a massive floral rainbow in celebration of True turning 5. The vibrant colors were sure to have been the centerpiece of the birthday party. Honestly, we're dying to know how much it cost — and how beautiful the rainbow must have smelled.
True's birthday balloons were seriously epic, too.
Khloé Kardashian didn't stop at elaborate flowers in the shape of a mythical creature. Also included in True's birthday decorations were giant balloons. One was fittingly shaped like the number 5, while others were in hues of coordinating pink, and a couple were translucent with pink confetti inside.
