Khloé Kardashian defends sister Kim by clapping back at Instagram body shamer

As social media stars, influencers, and business owners the Kar-Jenners have opened themselves up to online bullying and criticism. It just comes with the territory of fame, unfortunately. Although the siblings publicly ignore most of the hate that comes their way, sometimes haters take things too far—and the siblings are forced to clap back. And can you blame them?

When complete strangers don't have any of the facts yet feel the need to share their two cents, it can be maddening—especially when trolls chime in with nasty comments about someone's body. That's exactly what happened with Kim and Khloé Kardashian in August 2023. And Khloé couldn't help but step in to defend her older sister.

It all started when Khloé innocently posted a photo of herself on Instagram.

Khloé took to Instagram on August 22 with a carousel of photos of herself rocking a sheer white dress. The first two slots featured full-body shots of her while the third photo was a medium shot of her smiling softly. In the fourth photo, Khloé was facing away from the camera, her back-end visible through the sheer material of her dress.

Kim praised her sister in the comments—and then a body-shaming troll showed up.

In the comments section of Khloé's post, Kim declared, "WOW WOW WOW!!!!" reported E! News. But the responses to Kim's compliment are where things went downhill. "Hey Pamper booty," someone wrote in a since-deleted comment."

Khloé did not let the body-shaming comment slide.

Khloé responded to the nasty comment, quipping, "Hey blocked brows."

Instead of backing off, the person shot back that they'd "rather have blocked brows that's easy off than a saggy diaper."

Yes, really. That's when Khloé killed them with kindness.

"Those things are tatted on but a hater is going to hate," she replied. "That ass is ass'n but you do you baby, that's why we have so many flavors. Not everyone has the same taste. Sending you love and a little bit of agua. You seem thirsty my love."

Instagram users applauded Khloé for defending Kim.

The snarky interaction was not lost by Instagram users, who reacted in the comments.

One person wrote: "@khloekardashian the way i screamed BLOCKED BROWS LOL!!!!!!!! But girl this photo is ."

Another user commented: "@khloekardashian girl! Get your sis back no matter what! Continue to stick up for your family as long as it’s in a classy way as this was! Mad respect! And do you know matter what this terrible world has to say ."

Meanwhile, someone else declared: "@khloekardashian this is exactly one of the many reasons why I love you ❤️❤️❤️."

This isn't the first time Khloé has clapped back at haters.

Khloé's list of epic clapbacks is too long to list here, but one noteworthy incident happened in January 2023, when the Good American co-founder shared a series of photos showing off her toned abs.

“The fact that she uses medicine to get this skinny is disturbing,” an Instagram user commented, suggesting that Khloé uses a drug like Ozempic to suppress her appetite.

Khloé did not let that slide for one second. “Let’s not discredit my years of working out. I get up 5 days a week at 6am to train. Please stop with your assumptions,” she replied. “I guess new year still means mean people.”

Yes, queen!
