Kanye "Ye" West is no stranger to controversy. Or lawsuits, for that matter. And in the latest legal filing against the Yeezy founder, former employees made serious accusations against the rapper, 47, and his wife, Bianca Censori, 29.
More from MamásLatinas: Kanye West allegedly assaulted a man who groped his wife Bianca Censori
Ye and Bianca—an Australian businesswoman who has worked as an architectural designer for Yeezy since 2020—married in late 2022. Their union came less than one month after Ye finalized his divorce from Kim Kardashian. Since then, the couple has elicited criticism for Bianca's barely-there clothing choices. However, they recently made headlines in connection to a new lawsuit.
Bianca Censori allegedly sent 'hardcore' porn to Yeezy employees.
Allegedly, Bianca shared a link to "hardcore" porn with a Yeezy employee, according to court documents recently obtained by TMZ. It's worth noting, however, that Bianca was not named as a defendant in the new lawsuit. But that's not all.
Some of the staffers who had access to the videos were allegedly minors.
The lawsuit alleges that the videos were also accessible to staff members who were minors. Some of the employees who could access the X-rated material were teenagers as young as 14, TMZ reported.
In the new lawsuit, Ye and his former chief of staff were listed as defendants.
The "Gold Digger" rapper and his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, were listed as defendants in the lawsuit. Allegedly, the men subjected employees to "forced labor and cruel, inhuman, degrading treatment," Page Six reported. The staffers were also allegedly called "slaves" and "new slaves" as they worked to develop the streaming app, YZYVSN, and the porn app.
Staffers also claim Ye also never paid them for their work.
Although the team reportedly turned in one of the finished apps on May 1, Ye and Milo allegedly failed to pay them for their work. The suit is seeking damages for their unpaid wages and overtime pay in addition to emotional distress, TMZ reported.
The accusations come after Ye announced the launch of Yeezy Porn in April.
On April 24, Ye confirmed reports that he was in talks to create a porn app. He took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a short clip revealing, "Yeezy Porn Is Cumming" as a voice instructed users, "Go to yeezy.com," Rolling Stone reported. It's unclear if or when the app will launch, or if the new lawsuit will affect plans.
The rapper's former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, also recently filed a lawsuit against him.
Unfortunately for Ye, this new lawsuit isn't the only legal battle he currently faces. In early June, Ye's former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, filed a lawsuit alleging several forms of misconduct. Lauren accused the rapper of sexual harassment, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment, Us Weekly reported.
