Just days after he publicly claimed that he still wants to be with wife Kim Kardashian, who filed for divorce in February 2021, rapper and businessman Kanye West is rumored to be dating a 22-year-old model named Vinetria. The 44-year-old Yeezy founder—who recently changed his legal name to Ye—was previously linked to model Irina Shayk, but he has yet to comment on either of the reported relationships he's had since he and Kim separated.

The news of his possible new fling also comes after rumors started circulating that Kim has started dating Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson and that Kanye is not happy about it. However, Kanye has long had a history of dating models, and his most recent exploits are definitely in keeping with his pre-Kim ways. Here's what we know about Vinetria and her connection to Ye so far.
Vinetria and Kanye were first spotted together at a basketball game.
Kanye West and Vinetria were first seen together at a basketball game for Kanye's new Los Angeles-based high school, Donda Academy. The game was in Minneapolis, on November 6, 2021. The two joined each other courtside, and pictures quickly began to surface on the internet.
Vinetria also attended Kanye's Sunday Service.
A week prior to attending the basketball game, Vinetria posted a video on her Instagram story from Kanye's first Sunday Service in many months. However, the two were not photographed together at that time.
She's a California girl.
According to Page Six, just like Ye's wife of seven years, Kim Kardashian, Vinetria was born and raised in California and still calls the Golden State her primary home.
Vinetria has a modeling contract.
The young beauty is a model signed with Public Image Management. According to her profile on the modeling agency's website, Vinetria has green eyes and is 5 feet, 9 inches tall.
She's social media savvy.
Although Vinetria's Instagram page features only 12 posts dating back a little over a year at the time this story was written, she has over 400,000 followers. It does appear that she sometimes posts, deletes, and replaces pictures.
She's even more active on Twitter.
While Vinetria doesn't post all that often on Instagram, and doesn't caption her photos on that platform, she often shares more photos and personal thoughts on Twitter, which is unexpected for someone her age. She currently has over 178,000 followers on Twitter.
She's a Kourtney Kardashian fan.
Vinetria is also evidently a fan of Kim Kardashian's sister, Kourtney Kardashian. Back in October, she tweeted, "i am so so so happy for kourtney kardashian," the day after tweeting a photo of Kourtney and her fiancé, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.
She loves music.
The oldest post on Vinetria's Instagram account is a Bob Marley appreciation post, and she's also posted music-related photos and videos on her Instagram story, some of which have been saved in her highlights.
She's also a Kobe Bryant fan.
Vinetria has also posted a photograph of the late Kobe Bryant and his wife, Vanessa Bryant, on her Instagram grid, indicating that she may be a basketball fan. She also posted a video of herself tossing balled-up paper into a wastebasket.
She was previously linked to another rapper.
Back in September, photos of Vinetria reportedly popped up on rapper Playboi Carti's Instagram feed, and according to reports found on social media, Vinetria herself reposted them at some point, leading some to believe the two were romantically linked.
That evidently did not last long.
Comments about her rumored relationship with Playboi Carti surfaced on one of her more recent Instagram posts, with many of her followers requesting that she ask the rapper to drop his new album. Those rumors, however, have fallen off in the past few weeks.
She travels a lot.
Like Kanye, Vinetria travels a lot for her work as a model. Her Instagram highlights feature pictures and videos from various trips to exotic locales, including Japan.
She and Kanye have been seeing each other for a while.
Page Six broke the story of Kanye and Vinetria dating on November 7, 2021, with word from an exclusive source that Ye had been "hooking up with" the young model "for a while now."

Page Six also reports that Vinetria was actually in Miami with Kanye in October 2021, when he recorded the revealing Drink Champs podcast interview hosted by DJ EFN and N.O.R.E., in which Kanye said that he's not divorced and wants to be with his wife, Kim Kardashian.
Kanye isn't ready to move on.
"[It’s] no joke to me, my kids want their parents to stay together," Kanye proclaimed in the interview. "I want their parents—I want us to be together," he said, also claiming that he's never actually seen any divorce papers. So how long his tryst with Vinetria will last remains to be seen.
