After JT was pulled over, he allegedly failed a field sobriety test, TMZ reported. Allegedly, he refused to take a breathalyzer test but appeared "glassy-eyed" and had alcohol on his breath, according to officers.

JT hasn't publicly acknowledged the incident.

As of writing, neither Justin nor a representative has publicly acknowledged the arrest or the DWI charge. Jessica has not commented, either. She was spotted on the set of her new series, The Better Sister, mere hours before her husband's arrest, per People.

It's not clear if his arrest will affect JT's 'Forget Tomorrow World Tour.'

Justin is in the middle of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, having performed his most recent show on Saturday, June 15 in Miami. He has two concerts scheduled for Friday, June 21, and Saturday, June 22, in Chicago, before playing at Madison Square Garden in NYC on June 25 and 26. It's unclear whether his arrest will affect these concerts.
