I told you that Jennifer Lopez has not been spotted holding hands or doing anything at all with Ben Affleck while she vacations in the Hamptons, New York, even though they just had their second wedding anniversary. But, you know what Jen has been holding in her hands while in the Hamptons? Two very rare and very expensive Hermès bags.
More from MamásLatinas: Jennifer Lopez’s most comfy and effortlessly stylish looks
I wouldn’t even call myself a fan of Hermès bags. I understand that they are highly coveted, they just haven’t been highly coveted by me. But I might be changing my tune because J.Lo styles them in such a chic, casual way that all of a sudden, I’m like, “Oh, wow, I get the hype, they are stylish!” See how she did it in the Hamptons for yourself.
Her Hermès bag game is strong.
On Saturday, July 12, Jen was seen shopping in the Hamptons with stepdaughter Violet Affleck and friends. Jen looked casual in an airy Ciao Lucia tank top, long flared jeans, Gucci sandals, and an Hermès Kelly picnic bag.
The bag in question is unquestionably lovely.
The bag was made in 2011. I went looking for it on resale sites and found a pre-owned one that is going for $70,426. If you’re looking for a deal, another website is listing one for $60,088.06. I can help you out with the six cents, if you’re short.
She also busted out her black croc Birkin.
While in the Hamptons, she also let her black crocodile Birkin come out to play. She’s been seen with this bag before—like when she was photographed with it in New York on February 15, 2024. It’s even more expensive than the wicker Kelly bag. I saw it listed for $89,500 on one site.
These are by no means Jen’s only Hermès bags.
The wicker and black croc ones are just a couple from her extensive collection that she decided to pack for her vacay. But, as you can see from this pic, they are not her only ones. I won’t bore you with the price because you know it’s gonna be $$$.
She can afford them, that's for sure.
Good for her for using her very, very pricey bags. No sense in keeping them in her closet collecting dust. Plus, if she’s the kind of person that justifies buying pricey things based on cost per wear, then she only has to use each bag like 70,000 times to make them be like $1 to $3 per wear. Ha!
