Longtime fans of Bennifer will remember their love story began in 2002 when they fell for each other on the set of Gigli. The "it" couple got engaged in December of that year, planned but then postponed their wedding, and ultimately called things off in January 2004. Fast-forward nearly two decades later to 2021, and both Jen and Ben found themselves single at the same time. After shopping around for two years, Jennifer and Ben have finally purchased the home of their dreams. The couple paid $60,850,000 for their massive 38,000-square-foot estate, which includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 15 fireplaces, TMZ reported. Reportedly, Jen and Ben paid in cash for the deal, which took about a week to complete. The property was listed for $135 million in 2018 before it was relisted for $75 million in 2023, according to the publication.
But that's not all!
Other features of the Afflecks' new estate include a 12-car garage, a 5,000-square-foot guesthouse, and a two-bedroom guardhouse. All of this is "spread over a 5-acre exclusive promontory," according to the Zillow listing. That's a ton of space!
