You know how some people work really hard and make lots of money but have a hard time spending it? And then even when they do spend it, they don’t want to make a big deal about it? Well, that is not the case for Cardi B or her hubby, Offset. These two rappers work hard for their money, they have no problem spending it, and they aren’t even shy about letting the world know how they spend it. Nope, they post their lavish purchases and gifts to each other on social media for all to see. And people see and people judge. People judge because you know how people are: We’re judgy by nature.

The thing is, since Cardi B and Offset are avid social media users and post about their extravagant and expensive life often, they get a lot of nasty comments from people who think they shouldn’t be spending their money the way they are. Never mind that Cardi and Offset have every right to spend their money as they see fit. Never mind that Cardi has donated plenty to charity, and we’re sure she will continue to do so, just like she will continue to spend like she’s made of money, because she kind of is, and so is Offset. Anyway, here are a few times that Cardi B and Offset have shared their very extravagant and expensive purchases. Judge if you must.

While most kids would be getting a stuffed animal or some kind of toy for their third birthday, Kulture got some serious jewelry from her mom. Cardi gave Kulture a charm necklace from Eliantte, a jeweler "known for extravagant high-end jewelry focused on detailed diamond setting."
Wait for the price tag!
On February 13, 2021, Cardi shared a video of a Chanel birdcage-looking purse that Offset got her. You know it's expensive because it's Chanel, but you also know just how expensive it is because the price tag is still on it, and OMAIGA!
Even Cardi can't believe this is her home.
This is how her/their home was decorated for the holidays in 2020. She captioned the video:
"I really can’t believe this is my home. I be proud of us Everytime I’m here……excuse the wrapping mess ."
Cardi surprised Offset with a rare Lamborghini for his birthday.
Offset celebrated his 29th birthday on December 14, 2020, at a private gathering with friends and loved ones. At the gathering, Cardi surprised him with a golden Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. Needless to say, Offset was really into the car, which BTW costs upward of $600,000.
This wasn't the first time a car was gifted.
Offset gave Cardi a custom Rolls-Royce for her birthday in October 2020. The car cost $300,000. What's surprising about this particular gift is not the price, it's that when Offset gave it to Cardi, they were supposedly broken up. Cardi had filed for divorce on September 15, 2020, but they still spent time smooching on each other during her birthday celebration in October. The divorce seems to have been put on hold for now.
Is that a ring or an iceberg?!
When Cardi turned 27 on October 11, 2019, Offset gave her a set of rings that are a sight to behold. One has a GINORMOUS heart-shaped diamond in the middle that is so big, they kept calling it Titanic, but honestly it looks more like the iceberg that sunk the Titanic. That ring is said to have cost WAY more than a million dollars.
Her engagement ring is pretty Titanic as well.
The engagement ring that Offset gave to Cardi on October 27, 2017, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia when he popped the question onstage has an 8-carat pear-shaped diamond in the center. The ring is said to have cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $500,000.
Cardi collects very expensive purses.
Cardi has a serious Hermès Birkin bag habit. She owns many of these very, very expensive designer bags. The least expensive Birkin bags start at over $6,000 and prices go up into the hundreds of thousands. We're thinking that Cardi isn't buying the cheapest ones either, so she's invested quite a bit of money on her collection.
On one shopping trip alone, she spent over $128K on purses.
In October 2020, Cardi and Offset went to the Hermès store where Cardi bought four Birkin bags. She also shared the receipt, which showed that the total for all the bags came out to $128,662.50. A lot of celebrities get gifted luxury items and we're sure Cardi gets plenty of gifts, but she also has no problem helping out the economy by spending her own money.
Offset gave their daughter Kulture a Birkin bag.
In July 2020, Offset gifted Kulture a pink Birkin bag of her own as a belated birthday present. Kulture seemed more excited by the color of the bag than the actual bag itself. It's a nice purse, that's for sure, and it cost around $8,000.

On October 2, 2020, Cardi shared a video of three new Birkin bags. She captioned the video: "I got a Expensive problem in love tho……I ain’t getting nomore this month." She said she wouldn't be getting any more "this month," not "this year." THIS MONTH! WOW!
For Mother's Day 2020, there were Birkins and bouquets.
"Thank you papasotee ❤️," wrote Cardi when she shared what Offset gave her for Mother's Day in 2020. She scored big time. He got her two Birkins that cost upwards of $10,000 and boxes and boxes of roses that cost around $439 per box.
For her birthday, Cardi got a billboard from Kulture.
Aww, this was really sweet. Offset bought a billboard for Kulture to gift Cardi on her birthday in October 2020. The billboard has a picture of mommy and daughter with their matching Birkins, of course, and it read: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY LOVE, KULTURE."
Once Cardi gave Offset cold hard cash.
As in she literally gave him $500,000 that had been sitting in a fridge for his birthday. Her reasoning being: "What else can I give somebody that got everything?" At first he seemed a little confused when the fridge was opened to reveal the money.
Don't worry about Offset—he buys himself nice things, too.
Offset likes cars, and he's got a lot of them. Like this Ferrari he posed with for a snap. When he posted this picture on his Instagram account, he wrote: "Dis [expletive] cost me $402K I bought it cause I liked it Motivation! dreams come true!"
Offset has quite the sneaker collection.
While Cardi keeps her Birkins on beautiful display when they are not in use, Offset does the same with his sneakers. His shoe game is strong. We lost count at about the third shelf and had to keep starting over.
You won't believe how that beret came to be.
So Cardi got that Louis Vuitton jacket pretty much before anyone else did, and she was super excited about it and wanted a beret to wear with it. But Louis Vuitton didn't have a beret to go with it, so she took a Louis Vuitton bag and had someone cut it up and make a beret out of it. Louis Vuitton bags cost $$$$, and she can afford to cut one up! That beret cost her SO much to make.
Cardi can't even drive!
Cardi B has multiple luxury cars even though she can't drive. That's right—she can't drive, but that's OK because she gets driven. She has a driver and can go anywhere she wants to in her pricey cars even if she isn't behind the wheel.
