When the undisputed GOAT of American football is single, dating rumors are bound to be rampant. It comes as little surprise, then, that Tom Brady has faced a barrage of relationship speculation since finalizing his divorce in October 2022. But is there truth to any of it?

As a refresher, the retired quarterback—who earned an impressive seven Super Bowl rings during his 23 seasons in the NFL—divorced Gisele Bündchen after 13 years of marriage. The former couple share two children, Benjamin and Vivian, in addition to Tom's son Jack from his previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan. Now, it seems Tom has moved on with another woman less than a year after his divorce.
Tom Brady and Irina Shayk were spotted leaving a London hotel after spending two days together.
The latest round of rumors have left fans of both Tom and Irina wondering if something really is going on between them. On August 13 and 14, the two were reportedly "holed up" at Twenty Two Hotel in London, People reported. The model and retired football star left the hotel through different side entrances about five minutes apart the morning of August 15.
Irina reportedly 'really wants this to work.'
On August 14, a source told Page Six that Irina has "narrowed her inner circle" of friends to prevent details from going public. “She’s afraid any weird rumors might scare him off,” the source said.
They added: “She really wants this to work. Brady is her white whale. He’s an all-American nice guy.”
Previously, they were spotted at his Los Angeles home.
In late July, Tom and Irina were photographed canoodling in Los Angeles. They reportedly stayed the night at his LA home—and paparazzi caught them in Tom's Rolls Royce as he dropped off the model at a hotel. One photo even appeared to show Tom caressing her face.
How did Tom and Irina meet?
Reportedly, Tom and Irina met in June at a wedding. They were both guests at billionaire Joe Nahmad's wedding to model Madison Headrick in Italy. Sources told Page Six that Irina made "a beeline" for Tom at the event. “She followed him around all weekend,” a source said. “She was throwing herself at him.”
Irina's manager has denied these claims.
Tom faced Kim Kardashian dating rumors earlier in 2023.
In June, Kim Kardashian was spotted driving a golf cart at Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club in the Bahamas, a community in which Tom owns a home. This, combined with the fact that they both attended billionaire Michael Rubin's part on July 4, prompted plenty of dating rumors. Whether or not anything actually happened, it seems Tom has moved on.
Irina has dated other A-listers in the past.
Irina has been linked to several high-profile celebs (and an athlete!) in the past. She and Bradley Cooper dated for four years — and even welcomed a daughter, Lea, in 2017—before parting ways in 2019. And before Bradley, she dated soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo for five years. Awkwardly enough (considering there were rumors about Tom and Kim), Irina reportedly dated Kim's ex, Kanye West, for a couple of months in summer 2021 following their split.
