So what do you do if you're married to the woman you want to grow old with but you messed up badly? Well, if you're Offset from the hip-hop group Migos, you do whatever you can, including going to therapy to save your marriage with superstar rapper Cardi B and you talk about it candidly because you're not hiding from your issues.

That's right, that's what Offset is doing and he talked about it publicly during an interview on The Breakfast Club on February 27. It's a big deal that the couple, who are the parents of 7-month-old baby girl Kulture, are getting professional help to save their marriage. Especially, since not too long ago, Cardi B had declared that she was done with the relationship.

Let's go through a little backstory first.
Cardi B and Offset had only been dating a few months when they secretly got married on September 20, 2017. Then in December 2017 and January 2018, multiple videos surfaced of Offset allegedly cheating.
At the time, Cardi chose to stay with Offset.
"I know I look good, I know I’m rich, I know I’m talented. I know I could get any man I want–any basketball player, football player. But I want to work out my s**t with my man, and I don’t got to explain why," she was quoted as saying in her Cosmopolitan cover story for the April 2018 issue. "I’m not your property. This is my life…I’m going to take my time, and I’m going to decide on my decision…It’s not right, what he f****ng did–but people don't know what I did, 'cause I ain't no angel."
In April 2018, Cardi confirmed that she was preggers.
Cardi first revealed that she was pregnant with her first child and Offset's fourth in early April 2018 when she performed on Saturday Night Live. After that, we got to see her show off her baby bump many times including that year's Billboard Latin Music Awards in Las Vegas.
Then came the marriage announcement, the baby and more cheating allegations.
In June 2018, Offset called Cardi his wife while at the BET Awards and Cardi confirmed it later on Twitter and explained to everyone why they had kept it to themselves. Then on July 10, Cardi gave birth to Kulture Kiari, But the couple did not live happily ever after because on December 4, on a since-deleted Instagram video, Cardi said that she and Offset were done.
But Offset wasn't ready to give up on Cardi.
In December, Offset apologized to Cardi publicly on Instagram. He said that his only birthday wish was to get his wife back. Looks like he got his wish.
So now what's going on?
Well, when Cardi made history at this year's Grammys by becoming the first solo female rapper to win best rap album, Offset was there cheering her on. It's clear that the couple is back on again and that counseling is one of the ways they are trying to move forward.

Good luck to them. Deciding to stay in a marriage when there's been a breach of trust is hard. As Offset said, "You gotta go through steps and different things so we can grow." Hopefully, they'll grow together and if they can't, at least they know they gave it their all.
