All because a cell phone
According to Liziane Gutiérrez, a Brazilian model and businesswoman, she was invited by somebody in Chris Brown's camp to his New Year's Eve party at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas. She disobeyed the order of leaving the cell phones at the door and when she tried to take a sneak pic of the star, he saw her and beat her in the face with the phone.
She's no stranger to celebrity controversy
The Brazilian became famous in her home country after British rocker, Rod Stewart, asked for her phone number. She also made a scandal in August 2015 accusing Jason Derulo of ditching her in Hollywood, after flying her from Las Vegas to go to a party.

Whether the cell phone incident happened or not, Chris Brown showed his true colors again when he said that she is making up the battery because "she is too ugly" and goes on on a rant to call her old and other things. The whole thing is depressing. Now he is threatening to sue her.
