Christina Milian opens up about her abusive ex + 10 Latina celebs who are domestic violence survivors

"Staring down the barrel of a gun is the scariest thing you could ever experience," said Christina Milian, during the latest episode of her reality TV show, which she used to promote an app for victims of domestic violence. On the latest episode of Christina Milian Turned Up, she is promoted Stop Attack, an app that helps women on domestic violence situation. While talking about it she told her personal story of an attack she suffered from a boyfriend, while she was a teenagers.

Her words are chilling and a cautionary tale:

"I remember being that girl in the middle of the gas station trying to call 911 or call my mom and he's got me by my head and by my hair and he's pulling me back and there's people just watching and they don't know what to do. And all you could hope for is that someone will save you. But at the same time, you don't know how to save yourself."

This apparently happened when Milian was in her late teens.
